after the AGM

Matters Arising from Previous Minutes
Joists have been laid throughout the Hall and beneath the toilet so the new floor can be laid once the toilet is removed. All the contractors are waiting for the floor to be laid.
Election of Office Bearers
Office Bearers were elected as follows:
Chair and Social Secretary – Pauline Simson
Vice Chair – Louise Stanesby
Minutes Secretary – Morag Duff
Project Coordinator and Business Administrator – Malcolm Ward
Treasurer – Vacant
Other main points
We have had an offer of help from SSE, but are still to decide how best to use this.
The idea of EV charging points at the Old Hall Grounds has been discussed and agreed.
Clachan Classics has been brought forward to May 16th this year in the hopes the weather may be nicer.
The Plant and Bake Sale will be on the same weekend as the Open Garden.
It is hoped there will be a quiz in February – TBC
There are plans for a big raffle with tickets sold throughout the year and drawn on Bonfire Night.
