Treasurer
• We have a co-opted treasurer. Jackie Fulton has agreed to act as treasurer.
Hall Update
• The doors have been fitted and radiators ordered.
• The decorating is still to be done, as is the final electrical work.
• Landscaping will hopefully start next week.
Website
• Refresher training was given and the website is being updated.
Next Events
• Quiz/Bingo Night
This will take place in the school on Friday 20th February, starting at 6.30pm.
£4 including refreshments.
• Easter Event and Duck Race – Saturday 4th April
We have 200 more ducks which will be for sale beforehand. £3 each or 4 for £10
• REACT Festival on the Old Hall Grounds, organised by West Kintyre Promotions

Apple Trees
• We will be having a work party to prune the apple trees on Friday 13th starting at 10am. Tools and gloves will be provided.
Grand Raffle
• We will be holding a grand raffle with tickets on sale throughout the summer to be drawn at a craft fair in the hall on 24th October.
